Yanmar gas powered air conditioning systems can be used in any commercial building from single level up to 12 levels. In large buildings multiple outdoor units are linked to specific indoor units making them ideal for refurbishing buildings one floor at a time.

Yanmar systems offer individual temperature setting allowing each floor, tenant or workspace the ability to control the heating or cooling in a specific environment. This feature can also be locked out if you prefer centralised control. For buildings with multiple tenants, data can also be produced to enable the energy costs to be shared fairly.

If the buildings needs to have a back-up diesel generator, gas powered air conditioning will reduce the electrical allowing you the ability to purchase a much smaller cheaper generator.
